On a 10-day business trip to Mexico, counting on services by Sheraton. However, what a nightmara in the first 3 days. It has horrible internet connection (60k, and not the 1MB promised), fails to wake you up in the morning and the cleaning lady enters the room even though you tell her not to because you are in the shower... The most ridiculous part is the internet - as a business travel, how can I use a 60kB connectin? Talked to the support, and they told me that the hotel has a very busy connection, and there is nothing they can do. 35b2744
