We tried to book in to the Sheraton Downtown Seattle and the
desk clerk treated us like riff-raff because we wanted her to honor the Internet advertised rate. She refuse to check us in at the counter and told us if we wanted to get the
Internet rate we'd have to find a computer and do the check in ourselves. This is the second time we've been mistreated by the staff here. On another
occation they gave us a room key for an occupied room and we walked in on another guest. The desk clerk thought it was no big deal. We checked into another hotel where the staff are a little less arrogant. 35b2735
