My family and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel. I cannot begin to explain the poor customer service we received.

Not to mention, our room was charged an additional $250 fee for being accused of smoking in the room. During the time of this alleged violation, we were all out at the accused time. But above all, none of us are smokers and were willing to prove this fact. We were also informed that we were only allowed three washcloths per room.

In all my hotel experiences, this was by far the worst. I will inform all of my family members and friends of my experience and let them be the judge of Sheraton Hotels. After several attempts with management to clarify the issue, our concern went unnoticed. There was clearly an issue with room 745, and maintenance was called on two occasions; however, without proof, management was very uncooperative.

Poor management skills!!!

I used my debit card to hold my room until my son paid for it the next morning. I still dont have my money back. Not only did they not reimburse me but charged me an additional $160 for incidental fees.

My rooms were cancelled the day before my stay without any prior notification before that. I had confirmed the reservation about three times this week to make sure the rooms were still available and they told me yes they were available. They weren’t.

The hotel is clean a good services at the rooms…..a lady at middle night shift name “Perry”…did not solve any situation…
**The hotel needs somebody with more knowledgeable the solve different situation….like that night when fire alarm went off….how to managing people waiting for answer or what to do.
** Before check out at 6 AM…she expressed …she doesn’t have knowledge about my bill or to use the printer.
Hope this problem is resolved because hotel is in good location and accommodation are good
