Hello. I stayed in the Sheraton in Eatontown NJ this past Saturday evening.
$400 for just a place to literally sleep was already absurd for that location but it is what it is. If people are paying that they shouldnt have the issues I did. The AC would only go on low or auto so while getting ready I was sweating being the only time I was in the room was to change and sleep. Then while showering the bathtub filled with water, the drain was full of hair.
It was so clogged that it was still full of water the following day when I left. I have pictures of proof of both. If the upload showed the entire screen shot you would see the date and time of the bath tub photo. It was the same water from a shower at around 4pm the day before.
My roommate will also vouch for that, I have no reason to make this up.I would like at least a half of a refund. This is absurd for that price and quite gross.

Called the Sheraton at 130 On Saturday at 130 from my daughters wedding venue, just to confirm our reservation and told them I wont be checking in until 1130 pm as I was at my daughters wedding. The man at Sheraton on the phone said I cant hold your reservation I had my confirmation number and a block of rooms for the wedding.
He told can hold the rooms and I said can I give you a credit card he said you can but will be $450 a night rather then $200 like what is going on I said I want to talk to a supervisor he proceeded to hang up on me. Went to call back the machine came on said for online reservations use the website. So when my daughters wedding was over we shuttled over to the hotel went to check in, as my daughters wedding was ahead of me in line she got her room under my name , my husband an I move up as our turn I said my last name he said do you have ID I said no as I didnt bring my purse as my husband was with me he gets out his is an he says no she booked the room I need her id and I had the credit card on me as we blocked rooms for everyone back in May. They proceeded to give us a hard time and argue the security didnt want to here anything as I guarantee they sold my room out from under us now Im and hour from the venue have to find a way back to the venue to get my car to drive home .
My husband and I are pissed off he got mad at them they escorted us out of the building. Please contact me back Denise not right what they are doing to everyone.

Dear Guest Relations Team,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Sheraton Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport during my stay on 10/23/2024. I had high expectations for my visit, given the reputation of the Sheraton brand, but my experience was far from satisfactory.
I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 AM and checked into my first room, only to find that it had a terrible odor and the heater was not functioning. After bringing this to the attention of the front desk, I was moved to a second room, which I discovered was already occupied. This was not only frustrating but also concerning, as it put me in an uncomfortable situation.
At this point, it was around 2 AM. I returned to the front desk to report the issue, and I encountered a staff member who was argumentative and dismissive regarding my concerns. Despite my insistence that the room was occupied—evidenced by the closed shade and the sound of a television inside—she refused to check for herself and continued to insist that the room was available. When my husband and I attempted to enter the room again, we were met with an angry response from the occupant, which only added to our distress.
To make matters worse, I observed that the front desk staff prioritized assisting another guest who arrived after me, which left me feeling overlooked and disrespected. When I attempted to explain the situation further, the staff member raised her voice, displaying a level of unprofessionalism that I found unacceptable. It felt as though my concerns were not being taken seriously, and I was treated with a lack of respect and clearly discriminated against. She chose to help and accommodate the Caucasian lady before me, even though I arrived at the desk before the other lady.
Additionally, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. The rooms were not only poorly maintained but also had unpleasant odors, which is surprising for a property under the Sheraton name. This experience has left me questioning the standards of quality and service that I expected.
I believe that every guest deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, and I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by your staff. I am writing to request that someone from your management team contact me to discuss this matter further. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, as I would not want other guests to experience the same issues I faced during my stay.

I lost my cell phone in the hotel shuttle early morning Christmas Eve. Using someone else's phone I called the hotel and then tried to call my cell.
Sheraton Music City Nashville found my phone and called the last number dialed. The gracious lady answered her phone and called me over. As a result a Southwest pilot at the Sheraton taking a later shuttle brought my phone to me at my airport gate before I boarded.
I couldn't have asked for better service. A true Christmas Miracle!

Woke up itching and in the morning found bed bugs. Captured 1 in a cup and took it down to the front desk.
The manager was not in but front desk clerk Taylor talked to Lisa which is the housekeeping supervisor and Taylor relayed to me that I need to call the Manager Paul and he will issue me a refund. Initial calls, they say he is supposedly not in gave me his email and I have emailed him with no response. When I call now they just hang up on me. And when they don't hang up on me they say they will transfer me to his voicemail and it just goes back to the front desk.
Getting the run around and I am pissed. There was a lady in line in back of me that was trying to complain that her room was dirty. She found somebody else's dirty socks on the floor.
If the room was properly cleaned, there would be no dirty socks on the ground. The towels in my room were dirty, they looked like a construction worker just got off work and came and put their dirty hands on the towel.

Hello, my name is Valerianne Kennedy. I was kicked out from sitting in a public coffee shop because your noisy security personnel overstepped following the hotel guideline.
The security employee harassed me in a very rude and aggressive way, asking my name when I hadn't committed any crime. He asked me to leave the Starbucks coffee shop while other customers were attempting to buy coffee and do what they needed to at the tables. You can't kick people out for trespassing because by law, there is no trespassing if we are buying a coffee so we can stay and sit down. He threatened me by calling the cops when I hadn't committed any crime; sitting in a cafe is not a crime.
Also, his aggressive way of asking people their names when we are not in the hotel lobby is entirely wrong. I'll file a police report for harassment, aggressive behavior, and threats aimed at customers at the Starbucks coffee.
I intend to let you know and also send a letter to your corporate office today. The incident happened to me last week.

I checked in on Fri Aug 16. My boss had to receive a email to fill out so the room could be paid for.
After completing that i was ask to use my card for incidentals. However it could not work we attempted 5 or 6 times. I was seeing approved on some of them but she was saying it did not go through. We got it to work, she said it would go back to my account when I checked out So after spending 200.00 to sleep for 2 hours I noticed several weird transactions 1) $2.00 next $5.00 then $8.65.
a 9.00 charge then $18.00 transaction.
To top it off now I am being told 3 to 5 days. Please look into this I am a father of 4 girls and somewhere at that same time I lost my card so now I am humbly at the mercy of Sheraton.

The front desk staff greeted me with distain even though I had already paid for the accommodations online except for a 50$ deposit I was told could be paid in cash upon arrival. The front desk staff refused to even admit that someone other than myself misinformed the booking agent or The booking agent lied.
So as I tried to speak with booking agent on the phone I needed to charge it as it was very low. I wasn't in anyone's way, it was a busy lobby with street access and not one person was even checked to see if they were a guest of the hotel.. I however was asked to leave the lobby. I was humiliated, exhausted and had a senior cat with me.
The temperature outside was in the upper 80's, I had no phone, no water and no way to get back to Mississauga from Hamilton. I couldn't use a washroom or anything. The One staff member even came out and moved me away from the door.. there are 4 doors..
she said I was blocking the entire entrance..
My God that was the worst trained staff I've ever encountered anywhere that deals with the public. Never again would I use a Sheraton hotel or any other associated with them.

On July 2nd, my four kids, fiance, my mom and her husband checked into this hotel a little after 3 am. The lady asked how many were in each room. We let her know there were two kids and two adults in each room. She asked if I was the one who called about reservations online. I said yes and she informed me that she had told me to just come in because if I had booked rooms and came in at the time we came in, it would have shown on the computer as a no-show after a certain time. We had attempted to book about 11 pm. She stated that she wanted us to just come in because after a certain time, booking it would have booked us for the next day versus the 3 am check-in we needed.
I went to the front desk to check out and received my bill for room 419, where I stayed. They said nothing about any problems. On July 4th, I saw a charge for a smoking fee for the room my mom, her husband and my boys stayed in, a total of $250. I called the hotel about it and the first person said it was due to weed smoke. I called again and they said it was weed and cigarettes. They told my mom that some alarm had been going off all night. We checked in after 3 am and left the same day, only passing through from a long 13-hour drive. The drivers of both vehicles were getting sleepy so we had no choice but to stop for a couple hours of sleep.
I told them no one smoked in the rooms, that we had two kids in each room. My young kids would have said something, as they are never around smoking. If it had happened, I would have smelled it. My mom, having cleaned rooms for years at Hilton, knew about these types of situations. So, there are many reasons why their claim is not legitimate.
They claimed they would send me proof both times I called. I first called about 6:42 am and called again at about 6:53 am. The second time, they said they would send the information by email after they got off the phone. Today is July 10th and I have received no proof from Four Points by Sheraton.

I have a reservation, number 8935****, at the Sheraton Hotel on 7th Avenue/53rd Street in New York. It was not okay what happened with my reservation at your hotel.
The travel agency booked my breakfast. I am attending a conference. I ate at the ground floor but today, the restaurant manager refused to book my next breakfast. He told me to go to another restaurant and I am wondering why I have this special treatment.
I am in the LMM group, not a tourist.
I ate together with my colleagues. My breakfast was already booked and the fee is covered by the travel agency.

Valet stole out my car, and we are missing a whole days work to ride all the way back to AC to retrieve our items!! When we called the hotel they said they have nothing to do with that valet doesnt work for them.
This is ridiculous! I am really upset at this treatment. I will never stay at this hotel again. Update.
Marty the Valet manager brought my keys to my front door. Great!

You are implying something about the desk clerk that if I were her, I would be highly incensed at. Good thing you did not use her name, as people can sue you for libel, slander and defamation of character.
Having said that, I would be very upset if I was given a room that was already occupied and I would be even more upset if I informed the clerk the room was occupied and they insisted it was not (and it was).
No doubt the occupants of that room complained with good reason and were probably given a discount. Did you ask for any compensation?
