After spending one night in the Brussels airport hotel, I feel like my clothes and even my skin smell like an ashtray. The room smells so much that I woke up at 3 a.m.
having difficulty breathing. I should have asked for another room, but I didn't feel like moving at that hour. I am still in the hotel but cannot wait for the light to come out to leave. Additionally, the room floor is dirty with some white stains around the bed.
The worst experience ever for a very high price.
I am sure that this hotel otherwise has a standard, but tonight's experience has been beneath any standards. And I am not normally complaining like this, but this has been too much.

My family and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel. I cannot begin to explain the poor customer service we received.
Not to mention, our room was charged an additional $250 fee for being accused of smoking in the room. During the time of this alleged violation, we were all out at the accused time. But above all, none of us are smokers and were willing to prove this fact. We were also informed that we were only allowed three washcloths per room.
In all my hotel experiences, this was by far the worst. I will inform all of my family members and friends of my experience and let them be the judge of Sheraton Hotels. After several attempts with management to clarify the issue, our concern went unnoticed. There was clearly an issue with room 745, and maintenance was called on two occasions; however, without proof, management was very uncooperative.
Poor management skills!!!
Very disappointed customer.

Please check your customer in your manila branch, namely, Francis Leo Marcus AKA Norman Mangusin. He's psychotic. He's a well known scammer as well

We had a recent stay at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel in Croatia and the stay was disgusting. We have several pictures and videos to prove this.
Do not stay here!!! The reception and guest services constantly put the phone down on guests

I recently stayed at the Sheraton West in Minnetonka, Minnesota, at which I arrived at around 1 AM already tired and after a stressful day. I was told that the air conditioning didn't work by the front desk woman and that she was working on it and she needed some time.
So I left and came back, and then she said it did work. She put us in somebody else's room. So we had to get a new card, and then our card didn't work, so we had to get another card made. We went to sleep in a very hot room and woke up in one too!
We left for breakfast and as I'm eating I see an email saying I've been charged five hundred dollars for a smoking fee. The manager, Nina, was very rude and disrespectful, and then stopped answering my phone calls or responding to me as I obviously was very upset and confused as to how this is even possible considering I do not smoke cigarettes, I do not smoke vapes, I do not smoke weed, I do not smoke crack, I literally do not smoke anything, and did not smoke in this room. I'm assuming that the smoke detector that is in the room needs to be fixed as well as the air conditioning. Plus, there are so many signs everywhere in that hotel that say no smoking that it would be really stupid of me to smoke in my room.
Besides that fact, I've been in a hotel or two before and I know that smoking is not permitted in any of them!
I am so frustrated and disgusted. Not only should I not have been charged anything for a smoking violation, but I should be completely reimbursed due to the fact that it was a hot and disgustingly terrible experience!

I used my debit card to hold my room until my son paid for it the next morning. I still dont have my money back. Not only did they not reimburse me but charged me an additional $160 for incidental fees.
Money not reimbursed after 3weeks, also front desk service was terrible, racist tone from the the front desk clerk.
After arriving i found out that my reservation was inadvertently scheduled on the incorrect date, my wife and I drove 4 hours from culpeper va,, surfice to say we were tired but looking forward to out stay.
The clerk at the front desk told.us that a manager was going to come talk to us about the situation, she made no eye contact, after 30 minutes waiting she never addressed us again until I went to her, as an African American man I felt a heavy feeling of racism, also I noticed an older concussion man watching and following my every move he wasn't security he was the van driver. Terrible experience.

Money blocked for two weeks
Sheraton blocked my money I paid for the room twice and I still didnt get my money back. It passed already like two weeks.
I tried to contact guys from reception they told me that I have to wait. Wait for how long ?two weeks sherathon couldnt send me my money back?

I have send my case to different people inside Marriott and Sheraton. Nobody is answering me clearly, they do not take this seriously.
My name is Ole-Kristian Paulsen, and I have a problem with double payment at Four Points by Sheraton, Dar es Salaam.
I stayed at this hotel from 22nd April to 25th April 2025, room number 612.
When I was checking out and paying the restaurant bill of 364,449.00 TZS, I first used my MasterCard. The lady in reception told me it did not work, and I said I would try my Visa Card—then it worked. When I came home, I saw both transactions had gone through, and I had paid double. I sent a message to the hotel and communicated with Shadrack Kadewere, the duty manager. This person asked for documentation, and I sent everything that was needed. Now I have heard nothing more for many days.
I think Sheraton is a respectable hotel, and I really hope someone will figure out my problem and pay me back some money.

Incident at hotel with no assistance
My child was severely burned from a hot water spout that had boiling hot water that was accessible with no protection in at Four Points by Sheraton in Mississauga Meadowvale. No manager on site the night it happened, no manager on site the next morning when we checked out. No incident report filed, no assistance.

Agree! I noticed no mention of a confirmation email showing the dates he booked.
It sounds like another case of a careless traveler who makes a mistake and gets bent out of shape because it can’t be fixed. The little story should have ended after he was told he booked the wrong dates and said “I’m sorry” and left.
He can't come up with a logical argument so he is gonna play the R card.
